My Gelato Machine
I love my ice cream machine. I am unable to eat sugar and with my ice cream machine I can custom make any kind of ice cream I can think of. Not only can I make healthy, custom desserts but I save a lot of money, too. I keep the freezer bowl in my freezer all the time in case the ice cream urge hits me. I throw together whatever ingredients that sound good and in about 20 minutes I am enjoying a bowl of yummy frozen goodness. If I feel like frozen yogurt I can choose the flavors and add ins that I want. I can make a reduce calorie treat by using low fat milk or indulge by using product. I have even made pudding and put it in the Delonghi GM6000. To make it even healthier I frequently add protein powder. Ice cream doesn’t need to be my guilty pleasure any more but a normal treat. There is nothing like a bowl of frozen ice cream on a hot summer day but of course you can enjoy it any day of the year. I almost never follow a recipe at this point but turn my creative self loose and make something different every time.
